power transmission grid.<\/p>\n<p>The Power\u00a0System Operations Program\u00a0was facilitated by nine (9) subject matter experts from NGCP&#8217;s System Operations Group, and\u00a0attended by\u00a010 Engineers and Power System Operators from the National Load Dispatch Center, Central Region Dispatch Centre and South Regional Load Dispatch Centre of EVN.<\/p>\n<p>The\u00a04-day program\u00a0covered topics on\u00a0managing,\u00a0operating and maintaining the power grids of both countries.\u00a0The exchange of best practices, information and ideas contributed to make the sessions engaging and interactive.<\/p>\n<p>According to NGCP&#8217;s Deputy Assistant Chief Technical Officer for System Operations\u00a0Santiago A.\u00a0Dimaliwat, IV, &#8220;nothing beats being with fellow power system engineers from an ASEAN nation with similar desire of providing best service for their countrymen.&#8221;
